Command line building for windows users (make.py)

Description

It would be nice for windows users if the build process was the same as on the other platforms, and if it was not a requirement to have Visual Studio installed. Therefor, making it possibe to compile from command line with Ms Windows SDK, which is freely avaiable would be nice.
